It is the customer's responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier.

Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier.

All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honor late claims.

All items should be inspected for defects or damage  and "dry fitted" prior to being installed.

Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. We recommend that all items be professionally installed. Any concern or question as to fit or installation should be brought to our attention prior to sale.

We provide technical support during our normal business hours (9am to 3pm EST.) to help with installations. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before installation is begun.
