WILDERRACING
LEAGUE
Official Rules and Regulations of WRL
The goal of
WRL is to have FUN and MAKE
FRIENDS in this league! The driver being respectful
and showing sportsmanship is always the WINNER! Remember, this is a game
and we all are here to have a good time and make life long friendships!

The money that is sent in to the league is put into the league account and is used to buy our league trophies, t-shirts, hats, and service for WRL's T-1 server.
League Fees
BoardMembers :
The WRL Boardmembers serves this league. Its function is to act as a steering committee. It will advise, and carry out assigned duties. The Board is NOT a ruling body. The final authority on any issue is that of the CEO of WRL!
GAMES RULES:
Know the rules that VHR (rFactor) enforces and what ARCA Remax 08' enforces.
PENALTIES:
1st Offense: Verbal Warning
2nd Offense: 10-point deduction
3rd Offense: 20-point deduction
4th Offense: 30-point deduction
5th Offense: Sit out 1 race (no points for that event)
6th Offense: Sit out 3 races and the board looks over your actions. (no points are given while out)
NOTE - 20 point penalties for under caution contact resulting in an accident or lose of position on the track is a STAND ALONE penalty. It DOES NOT run concurrent with the penalty system.
Penalties do not carry from one series to the other.
If you recieve penalties in CUP they do not carry over to CTS.
6th Offense :
Probation is the most likely action but dismissal from the league
is possible. You can be expelled from WRL at anytime with out going through
the penalty process. The integrity of the race and the preservation of the
league continuity is paramount.
There
will be no flaming on the track or off. Either in E-Mails or the WRL Forum.
This will be grounds for immediate dismissal from WRL and you will have to
a voted back in by every WRL member.
APPEALS!:
There is NO appeals
process here in WRL! Admin for that series is the FINAL
authority!
BLOCKING:
Blocking is wrong! Be respectful of the guys you are racing against. You do not want to take another competitor
out because you were blocking him or take yourself out. It is better to finish 2nd than crashed out
in 10th. Blocking
is ok within 10 laps to go but do it respectfully and at your own risk. Don't
get mad if another competitor takes you out because you were blocking him
and he was faster. DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK!
CHEATING:
Our server is configured
with anti-cheat software to detect any driver from cheating. If you are
caught, you will be removed from the league permanently!
DRIVER'S MEETING:
You must show up on the race server before 8:00 pm est on race night or you can not qualify your car that night for that event, it does not matter how many hours you have on the server practicing for that race. 15 minutes prior to the race, a drivers meeting
will be held on team-speak. It is a must that you have teamspeak in order
to race here in WRL due to the fact that it is very important that you hear
the driver's meeting and the other members and it also helps the league to
get to know you as a person and not just the driver of your car on the computer.
SCHEDULED
PRACTICES:
We encourage each driver to participate in each practice session. Please do not horseplay during practice. You are to participate in at least (1) practice session each week for at least (1) hour on the race server in order to race that weeks race. If you do not show for at least (1) hour, you will not be able to participate in that race for that series.
CTS / ARCA PRACTICE - MONDAY - TUESDAY
CUP PRACTICE - THURSDAY - FRIDAY
(SATURDAY NIGHT IS OPEN SERVER NIGHT)
NOTE : You can contact admin for Saturday Night open server for any series and any track
RACE HOST:
The race host of the WRL
is the WRL. WRL has it's
own T1 server that is dedicated to only WRL and no other company and or league.
SERVER ISSUES:
If the server dumps or
experiences problems which interferes with the race prior to halfway, then
the race will be restarted if feasible or postponed until the end of the season. The series
administration may also choose to move the race date to fit it in whenever
possible. If the server failure occurs after the halfway point, the
race is official; there will be no restart or makeup race. If you loose
your connection, you have 3 attempts to rejoin the race and finish but many
laps down. After 3 attempts to join and you are unable to join the race,
your night is done. DO NOT TRY AGAIN!
RACE STARTS
/ RESTARTS:
When coming to the green,
keep a good pace speed and stay within 1-2 car lengths behind the car in front
of you. The pace car sets
the pace! BE SMOOTH! If you are
damaged, when the green falls, move to the inside and let the faster cars
through. DO NOT JUMP THE RESTARTS! Always let
the faster car through. It is the gentlemen's agreement just like in NASCAR! It is better
to finish the race than not to finish at all. Be
smart and respectful. There will be no restarts of a race unlessed
deamed by admin to do so. Races/Qualify will start at 8:30 for CUP, CTS and ARCA on the dot. There will be no delays unless asked in enough
time and admin allows it. Even then only 5 minutes
will be given, if you are not there by then, you just miss that race.
PACING:
When coming to the green flag, you will keep 1-2
car length distance between you and the driver in front of you so there is
no accidents. Do not lag back and
do no jump the starts, the GAME will penalize you. Under caution, stagger your car with the car in front
of you, and keep at least 1-2 car length distance between you and the car
in front of you. The leader will always
stagger to the right of the pace car/truck.
YELLOW FLAG
RACING:
When the yellow comes
out for an accident on the track or debris, DO NOT race
back to the flag. Hold your
position. The feild freezes. Any car/truck
that recklessly takes out another competitor under caution will be penalized
points if determined by administration that is was avoidable. The LUCKY
DOG is in effect in all series here in WRL.
LAPPED CAR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
If you are a lap down to the leader, be careful and race accordingly. Do not hold up the leaders when they approach you. If you are a lap down or more with 10 laps or less to go, be careful and do not hold leaders up. If you wreck a lead lap car battling for the lead positions, penalties will be handed out according to the rules and regualtions of this league.
CHATTING DURING RACES / CAUTIONS:
Please keep your chatting
down during races!
PITTING PROCEDURES:
All drivers will give
a warning that they are pitting at least twice. You will
execute your pit stop safely. All drivers must exit the pit safely giving your signal of exiting early and at least twice.
